    AR. MAKARAND BHAT–a 1993 Sir J. J. College of Architecture pass out has been working in the field of ARCHITECTURE AND INTERIOR DESIGNING for last almost 21 years. Dedicatedly working under different architects at different positions in his initial years, Makarand started his own practice in 1998 by the name – ‘BHAT ASSOCIATES’. After few years of individual practice he joined hands with one of his colleague to form ‘SPACEFFECT ARCHITECTS PVT. LTD.’ Over a span of almost 12 years of the company, Makarand has handled multiple projects in Architecture and interior designing – ranging from Colleges, Corporate offices, Banks, Financial institutes, FMCG, landscaping etc. thus setting a ‘PROVEN EXPERTISE IN SPACE MANAGEMENT’.

    After dissolving Spaceffect Architects Pvt. Ltd. in 2018, Ar. Makarand & Ar.Sonali have now shifted to partnership platform forming - ‘SPACEFFECT CONSULTANTS’ - a new firm with same old values of practice and services, continuing their services in Architecture and interior designing as consultants, Turnkey solution providers and Project Management Consultants.

    SONALI BHAT Partner

    AR. SONALI BHAT completed her Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Sir J. J. College of Architecture in 1995. In her initial years as an Architect & Interior Designer, she worked with different firms of repute in the field of Architecture & Landscaping to make her foundation strong in the field. After having adequate experience, Sonali started her own practice by Name ‘SPACEFFECT DESIGNER HOMES’ . In her 20 years of practice, Sonali has strived to make the ‘LIVABLE SPACE INTO LOVEABLE SPACE’ for her clients.

    She – as a consultant or as Turnkey solutions- has effectively handled almost 100+ premium residential projects, stand-alone offices & Commercial establishments, Hospitals, Clinics, Banquet halls etc and has proven her expertise in the field.

    For last two years, she has joind hands with Ar. Makarand to form ‘SPACEFFECT CONSULTANTS’ - a new firm with same old values of practice and services, continuing their services in Architecture and interior designing as consultants, Turnkey solution providers and Project Management Consultants.
