Ar. Makarand Bhat

Ar. Makarand Bhat is a distinguished alumnus of Sir J. J. College of Architecture, graduating in 1993. After gaining valuable experience in architecture and interior design under reputed architects, he co-founded Spaceffect Architects Pvt. Ltd. in 2005, specializing in architecture and interior design. Over the years, he has successfully led a diverse portfolio of corporate, commercial, financial, and institutional projects, seamlessly integrating aesthetics with functionality. In 2018, he co-founded Spaceffect Consultants, continuing to deliver end-to-end consultancy and turnkey solutions with the same commitment to quality and excellence. With over 30 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design, Ar. Makarand Bhat is driven by creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for creating spaces that are both visually inspiring and functionally efficient, transforming ideas into timeless and enduring environments.

Ar. Sonali Bhat

Ar. Sonali Bhat is a 1995 graduate of Sir J. J. College of Architecture. After gaining valuable experience with renowned architectural firms, she established her own practice, Spaceffect Designer Homes, laying the foundation for a design-driven and client-focused approach. With over 20 years of professional experience and 400+ successfully completed projects, she has led the design and execution of premium residential interiors, hospitals, clinics, and banquet spaces. As the Co-Founder of Spaceffect Consultants, she continues to provide comprehensive services in Architecture, Interior Design, Turnkey Solutions, and Project Management Consultancy, delivering functional, elegant, and thoughtfully designed spaces tailored to each client's vision.
